Mr. Avtar Monga, Ex-COO IDFC First Bank, Ex-MD Bank of America and Ex-CEO GE Capital businesses, has more than 37 years of experience in BFSI Sector. At IDFC Bank he was responsible to lead the project for the bank launch and was also front office for MD/CEO thus providing overall coverage. He led technology build for the entire bank. In addition to COO functions, he also led Retail Banking including Rural. At Bank of America he setup Global Delivery from inception and launched a sub-brand BA Continuum.
