Responsibility

Work with customers to understand the issues and documenting these clearly in the ticketing tool.
Apply understanding of application design, configuration and functionality to solve customer reported issues effectively and efficiently.
Assist customer in correctly using the software.
Understand issues / customer questions and classify into the different categories like Severity 1, 2, 3 and ensure SLA wrt each category of bugs is met.

Required Skills and Experience

Good hands-on experience in supporting the software applications in finance or treasury domain.
Experience in SaaS software for Treasury or Trade Finance software products.
Experience in dotNet applications with Oracle DB as backend.
Experience in SQL is mandatory.
Experience in handling the ticketing tool like Jira, Freshdesk etc.
Experience in using Microsoft office tools specifically Excel and email.
Confident in working with customers directly.
Good written and verbal skills in English.
Graduate degree in B.E / B.Tech
